Mcdonald's - Windsor

I found a fly in my cheeseburger patty! I ordered through the drive-thru and discovered it when I got home. I returned to the restaurant and showed the supervisor, but he did nothing about it. He suggested the fly could have gotten in at my house, even though it was clearly embedded in the patty. The staff laughed at me and treated me as if I were the problem. I would advise against eating here, it's not worth it.

We did not stay because the restaurant's dining room was closed, but it seems there was a good reason for it.

The people that works there is so rude to customers and they are not friendly.

Your turn around window between burgers and breakfast is pathetic. I’ve been disappointed many times as a late night worker. And even if you get the food at this location, it’s always poorly made, I hope the owner of this franchise feels ashamed for what he has allowed to

Worst McDonalds you can ever find in Windsor.. lots of homeless people right outside the store at anytime of the day, Fries are soggy, burgers are cold. I ordered a large fries and it wasn't even half full...and I saw rats near the entrance couple times,
