The Hub - Windsor

I’m struggling to put this review into words because Sam and the team at The Hub blew my mind with the incredible burgers my coworkers and I enjoyed for lunch today. We placed our order last week, and we were all eagerly anticipating our weekly takeout Friday to visit The Hub again. That small, unassuming kitchen is churning out an explosion of flavor—easily the best-seasoned burger I’ve had in years. My only gripe is that there could have been a few more napkins to help handle the drooling that ensued from the delicious aroma wafting from our desks. If you're not eating here, you’re missing out on something amazing for your taste buds and your stomach!

We ordered a meal from Samantha for our wedding, and it was absolutely incredible. I’m not kidding when I say that everyone—literally everyone—approached us to compliment how delicious the food was. Samantha effortlessly accommodated our guests' allergy restrictions, and she was so easy to communicate with throughout the process. We had sliders, a taco bar, and three different types of salads. Everything was SO YUMMY!!! Thank you so much, Samantha! Our special day was a huge success because of you!!!

We hosted an outdoor event for 30 people that was catered by The Hub on July 27th. Although there was a last-minute issue that was out of Samantha's control, she handled it incredibly well. The food and service were excellent, and our guests praised their meals. I would gladly recommend her and her business for any catering needs!
