Waited in line forever to buy fries this past weekend and upon being able to order, was told I could not only order fries and the order had to be bigger than that. Love the place but its the last time I step foot in it. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Recently went one evening to order for take out, pretty simple order, 2 orders of chicken fingers and a poutine. Took food over to beach area picnic tables to enjoy, the French fries in poutine were not fully cooked and very tasteless, even with the gravey and cheese on it. Chicken fingers were also tasteless frozen generic) Meal with 2 drinks was 35 bucks. Took food back, was basically told that is the way the way they make it all the time. We waited 45 minutes, inquired multiple times, and eventually found out they had the wrong name on the order. After waiting so long, I just wanted my money back but was told to just take my order. I decided to try the food since I seemed to be stuck with it. Unfortunately, the food was overcooked and cold. Not a happy customer. We decided to grab food as our son had a soccer tournament and we waited a long 45min-1hr wait. Had a waitress come out ask the name of our order told her the food we ordered and she assured us that the ones ready weren't ours then when my husband expressed he was upset about the wait and the mix up with our order and they refused any compensation! Waited in line for 20 minutes only to get turned away saying they were no longer taking orders.. had there been a sign or any warning prior to that fine yeah I get it but after waiting that long just to be shooed away unimpressed considering I came all the way to winnipeg beach for food. Probably won’t go back the server didn’t even apologize or anything and wasn’t all that nice about it to be honest. Service: Take out Meal type: Other
