I visited this restaurant with my husband on the day they had a pasta special. If I remember correctly, the jambalaya was one of my favorites from my previous visits.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly slow, and the food quality was disappointing. The management left much to be desired. To top it off, the manager offered to send me a large pizza through the mail. Overall, it was not a good experience.

A group of 5 adults, 2 children, and a baby visited for Pasta Tuesday, and we had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, served quickly and at the perfect temperature. The gourmet pasta dishes available on Tuesdays offer incredible value. Our server was friendly and attentive, frequently offering refills and always with a smile. The management also stopped by to check on us, and we let them know that everything was perfect. Great job, Boston Pizza on Bishop Grandin!

I’ve been to my fair share of BP restaurants over the years, but this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Our server, Matteo, was friendly, attentive, and personable. I visited with my two young children (ages 4 and 6), and he made a point to engage with them and even told them a story. The food came out quickly, hot, and delicious. The staff worked together seamlessly, which was evident throughout our visit. We were attended to by five different people, including the manager, who checked on us throughout our meal. It was remarkable to see. The manager even asked my youngest if he wanted a drink refill and personally went to get it. I’ve noticed that many managers just check in without really getting involved, so it was refreshing to see someone take the initiative. A huge thank you for such a wonderful experience! After a long and tiring day, the staff made the end of our evening relaxing and fun. I will definitely return to this BP location.
