Four Seasons Chinese Food - Winnipeg

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time and was shocked by the portion size of the dry breaded veal. It was literally half the size of a box of macaroni and cheese! The Singapore noodles came in a normal-sized container, but since we ordered both dishes for two people, my husband was still hungry due to the small amount of meat. The food was tasty, but the portion sizes were not adequate.

I've dined here multiple times, and I find the food to be delicious! I’m quite selective about meat, and I've noticed that in many Asian restaurants, the meat often tastes stale and low-quality. However, the meat here is always tender and never has that "leftover" flavor. I absolutely love their ginger beef—it's truly melt-in-your-mouth good. The only reason I rated this place a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the availability and wait times. You often need to place a preorder, or you could end up waiting for hours since they're always quite busy. Additionally, they tend to close for extended vacations a couple of times a year.

Whenever we're hosting a relaxed dinner party, this is our go-to place for takeout to skip cooking! Everything is consistently fresh and delicious. We've even got some friends from other parts of the city addicted and willing to drive just for their Chinese food. Keep in mind that wait times can be a bit long since they're always busy, but it's definitely worth it!

The food was very hot and beautifully presented! It had great flavor, and the delivery was friendly. I will definitely order again!

We ordered online, and I appreciated that they called to confirm our order. We had mistakenly selected something we thought was chow mein, but the woman on the phone kindly clarified that for us. The noodles and chicken with winter vegetables were decent, but the ginger beef was incredibly delicious! I would definitely recommend it and would return just for that.
