Beautiful restaurant in the park with great view. Staff was excellent. No wait time. Will go again!

My family from Kelowna, BC visited us, so we took them to one of our beloved restaurants in Winnipeg. Two of us ordered the short ribs, one had pasta with chicken, and I chose the Asian Noodle Bowl. The service was excellent and the food was delicious, although the broccolini ends were a bit stringy.

Had an awesome day. Dinner with family friends before Rainbow Stage production. I had an excellent quinoa chickpea salad(better than expected cheaper $9). I made a reservation beforehand and they suggested a half hour earlier just in case it got really busy, so we'd have plenty of time to get to the show. We are inside, expecting wasp season, and had no problems. RecommendedVegetarian options: I had an excellent quinoa chickpea salad!Parking: I recommend going in groups, it will make for much easier parking because it is a very large park with a pool, splash pad, playground, theatre restaurant. I'm positive everyone in the parking lot was not inside the restaurant, and they can't do anything about it, so plan for possibly parking farther than you'd like or take an Uber or something if possible.?

We have dined here several times. This time was not a great experience. My order was incorrect and I dined alone after our other family members finished their food by the time my food came. I ordered the burger that was featured for burger week and the printout in the restaurant at all tables showed two patties and it was one. Asked the server and she shrugged it off. Had no water refills once our food came and had to ask another server for water. Got the bill and we were incorrectly charged (upgraded sweet potato fries should be $2 more and we were charged $6.25 Didn't bother complaining because we just wanted to leave so we paid the bill and left. We typically dine here about twice a month but this last experience definitely makes us not want to come back.

My partner and I had a wonderful date night. The food and service were both outstanding. Thank you.
