Starbucks - Winnipeg

I went to a restaurant and ordered a chai latte, but received a chai tea bag instead. The staff kindly offered to make me a chai latte at no extra cost. Despite the mix-up, I was grateful for their kindness. The barista even offered to steam the milk for my tea. I appreciated their exceptional service and quality. Thank you for the great experience.

I went to this restaurant and needed to use the restroom urgently. However, I was told that I had to make a purchase first before using the facilities. So I had to wait in line, make a purchase, and then finally use the restroom.

The restaurant consistently delivers high quality food, with friendly staff and relatively fast service despite the large number of customers they serve on a regular basis.

Love dieucks generally, but terrible service in this position. I needed 15 minutes to make my order, there were 5 people standing there and doing nothing. it gets worse. before me there was a client who noticed that something was missing from their order, they repair it but then talk behind her and laughed when she left. I still listened. I don't understand how they can judge. They control their workers, nobody wants to notice the first thing in the morning. Now I'm going five minutes to rest my coffee. the only reason why they have 2 stars is because they were super clean.

I can understand there must be an emergency that when i pay my visit, u guys said it’s temporary closed. That’s totally understandable ‘BUT’ its not fair when there are already 3 customers inside …. 2 were sitting and enjoying the coffee and one was trying to order on the till. You guys can’t behave differently with customers. Its was extremely bad.#starbuckscanada
