Yesterday I visited Tim Hortons for the first time. I've heard a lot of good things from Canadians. I did not like. All the tables were very dirty. We wiped the table with our napkins. The seller forgot to include ketchup in our order. When I asked this girl for ketchup, she simply threw a handful of packets on the counter and they scattered. Very sloppy establishment and strange attitude towards customers.

Stopped in the bathroom first to clean hands, mirror looked like it had never cleaned graffiti too. wash basin was not sanitary, door handle was dirty. they never wanted to see my vaccination card! tables where everything is dirty, not where to sit. my egg was not properly placed on the rolls and the half of the cheese was stuck on the packaging. send heath inspector asap!
