I ordered a simple baconator combo tonight but ended up walking out after the terrible scene I witnessed. I heard about the cruel manager up there by other people who eat up there but I witnessed it myself first hand. How can a manager talk to his employees like that? He made a girl break down in tears tonight in front of all of us waiting for food. I’ve never seen such a gross misuse of power. How can cooperate allow this man to still be a manager? I heard someone call him Bj. It was terrible the way he talked down to her. I didn’t even want to stay for a refund.

These girls working the shift at 6 PM this afternoon on July 23, 2023. Must all be huddled around in a circle talking about God knows what. They not doing their job right. Instead of informing someone of a certain condiment that they are out of, they just don’t give it to you. How hard is it to flip burgers and take an order?
