Bidra med feedbackI waited in line at the drive-thru, placed my order, and paid. After waiting in the parking lot for my order, I received it and noticed that the sandwich had hairs sticking out, appeared as though someone had touched the roll with their fingers, and the box was greasy. I returned to the drive-thru line and requested a refund at the first window, then was directed to the second window. Ultimately, I was instructed to go inside to receive a refund. No one seemed to care about the situation or the fact that I had wasted at least half an hour. I rarely visit McDonald's, and I can confidently say that I will never return to the Sicklerville, NJ location.
The worst mcdonalds here. open at 6 arriving 6:15 person we are not yet open, not the first or second time. it is always not open or eat as waste prepare. gm must look for mcds and pick up the load right. we need another 10 minutes. you do not really cook when opened six manager should be around 5:15 to make sure that restaurant opens around 6. but make sure that the pplmaking 15 an hour for bad service
What a sad experience? first I thought the steak large breakfast included pancakes like the regular big breakfast. So this part was my fault, but I still wanted to. it took 10 minutes to make the order and when they handed it over to me, it was lateral and not flat. everything ended in a corner and it looked like müll. I just wanted my money back because of the bad service and the quality of the breakfast. this time no photo was taken.
I had just the worst experience at this place. Of course there is a whole staff that has no idea what they do, which speaks to the lack of training and/or personal during morning feeding. to sit in a drive-thru line and after payment for quick eating for 30 minutes is ludicrous. it was obvious that the person who took orders was new, and I had to repeat the 2 items I ordered several times. people who placed their orders began to leave the driving track because that was waiting so long. this led to extreme confusion for the personal with the confirmation of the order accuracy. After confirming with the cashier and the payment again, I was asked to park to the side and someone would put my order to me. I waited 15 minutes to see someone bring my order. someone came with command bags, and no one was me. They went back, came out again and went past my vehicle without my order. they came a third time with my bag, asking if I could check the bag for accuracy. for my inconvenience, I was given two hathbrowns. really, they apologised for waiting for that and never left.
I would never have rated a mcdonalds since my standards are low at the beginning. this mcdonalds makes all the others look like raised 5* businesses. first I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, which was good as I thought they were probably short workers like anywhere else. I come into the second window and like all others, I am directed to park in the partie. I sit and wait for another 20 minutes when a worker asks if I wait for dinner. he asks what I ordered, I give him the acknowledgement and he says they're out of two quarters, and if I want a refund or a replacement sandwich. I tell him a big mac is in order. So he says ok, no problem, and goes back to the restaurant (may someone explain what a quarter-poverty would have, which differs from a big mac. going for 10 minutes hasn't seen this worker coming out again, but another one asks if I ordered a big and spicy, I say no and what I have to wait for. she gives a look that she looks at. another 10 minutes to walk and at this point the parking lot is quite extinguished. I tried to be patient as long as I could before I came in. I go in and the 2nd worker who came out that I was suspected of being the manager due to age/uniform, gives me a look like: "oh, have they ready to her?" she didn't even ask when she came in. they asked what I ordered, the first worker who came out, looks at me and I am like: "he took my reception." so he is like: "oh snap, I can get another big mac as now." Meanwhile, I'm still standing on the counter for 5 minutes and I watched that they were not in the slightest short. they had at least 8 workers, but they all played around and conversed on their handys. some work not even, but behind the counter. After an hour I finally got my food, which was hard as a rock, but that's next to the point. who manages/disposes these mcdonalds should be devalued. never was in an almost food facility where I had to wait not only for so long, but the workers were not competent enough to take orders and serve food.
