Bidra med feedbackWhen we placed our order, we were the only ones in the restaurant. Drive thru and people who came after their food first. We waited for our food for at least 40 minutes. We had asked for dipping sauces that we had to pay for it, although I asked if we had order only 2 sauces We had 9 different combos and spent almost $90.
The Bojangles Experience (Drive-thru Edition). So I have visited this Bojangles location several times. So the consistency at this location is unreal. However, the line was short on this visit, and I completed my order and arrived at the drive-thru window within record time. I ordered their country ham biscuit on a dark biscuit with bo-rounds and a sweet tea. The bread was just right, and the tea was genuinely legendary on my visit. Nevertheless, today was good, but tomorrow may lend a different story.
First. I waited in line for 25 minutes. At the end of my 25 minute wait in line. They STILL got the order wrong. Not ONLY was the order wrong the chicken sandwich I ordered was not fully cooked! They are incredibly lucky they don't get sued.
This place is ABSOLUTELY deplorable in every way shape and form. They can never seem to get an order right, they don't have certain chicken pieces, NEVER have been served hot fries, and the chicken is hot only sometimes. It is never consistent, but either way, with each order, you can guarantee that SOMETHING will not be right about it. I would rather drive 15 miles out the way than to go to this Bojangles location right around the corner from my house. I hope senior management comes in and does a sweep of the existing employees and a revision of their practices, because this location will not last if they keep up with the way they currently are doing. DIsappointed!
Don?t waste your time here. I?ve been three times and each time I waited more than 6 minutes just to get someone?s attention and take my order. There are usually at least four people standing just 10 feet away staffing the drive thru window. They make no effort to staff the counter. After seeing others do it, I too eventually walked out. Store need staff makeover.
