Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

The woman who took our drive-thru order was incredibly nice and friendly, which balanced out the lack of customer service skills from the lady at the window. It wasn't a big issue, though, because the food was excellent—hot and fresh. I didn't even have to request fresh fries, which is rare to find at Bojangles.

When we arrived, the drive-thru line was completely empty, and we placed our order without any issues. One of us received our food right away, but after we paid, we were asked to pull forward. Unfortunately, it took almost 20 minutes to get the rest of our order, even though the cars behind us were served before us. I urge corporate to take note of this and address the situation.

I stopped at Bojangles for a meal and to let my family use the restroom on our way back from vacation, but the inside was closed, and we couldn't enter. The staff just watched us approach the door without saying a word. Since we couldn't eat there, I decided to take my family somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this location for families and will be reaching out to corporate about my experience.

I experienced a different Bojangles than the other patrons. They took my order and also asked if that was a regular coffee or regular coffee. I opted for the senior coffee since I am of senior age. The food came in a timely manner even before I finished making my coffee. I always love the breakfast platter (they call egg platter). I got it with grits and sausage. The whole meal was under $5. What a way to start the day. Thanks Bo!

This bojangles is located on waughtown street just off of route 52. They open early and are one of the better places to get breakfast in this area. The service at the drive thru is pretty good and they get you going so you don,t use a lot of time on the way to work.
