Dunkin' Donuts - Winston Salem

I recently developed a love for Dunkin' Donuts after years of favoring their competitors. Whenever I visit this particular location, I struggle to find what I want on the menu board. It seems that they don't always list the donuts or perhaps I just can't locate them. The staff assured me that they have all types of donuts available, but I find it difficult to choose as I am not familiar with their flavors or scents, especially since I only visit occasionally. Unfortunately, there is no Dunkin' Donuts location near where I live.

We have been to this restaurant 3 times and every time we were impressed. We recently moved to the opposite of Knoxville, Tennessee and this place has become our favorite spot. The food and drinks were perfect each time, with no complaints. The hospitality at this restaurant is top-notch and we have never experienced better service. When it comes to Dunkin' Donuts, this location near Winlems is definitely the best. We tried 2 other Dunkins before finding this one and we will never go anywhere else. The staff is amazing and the facility is clean, including the bathroom. Out of the 20+ Dunkin' Donuts we have been to in 3 different states, this one is by far the best. Highly recommend!

I ordered two ice creams with less ice, but instead received two large cups of coffee that were only half full. They were not even full. I am very disappointed with my experience.

The personal is very nice. coffee is weak no coffee rolls at 8:30 o'clock? will not come back. not like new england dunkins.

Through the drive thru for an ice-cream and a regular coffee, sounds simple. not! had to repeat the ice-cream order 3 times, then simply cancelled
