Hardee's - Winston Salem

The service was good, and my order was accurate, which puts them ahead of many other places.

The restaurant may be understaffed. I found the service to be somewhat rude and dismissive. The staff member frequently diverted her attention away from the customers in line to take care of food-related tasks, even though there were two chefs available. It appeared as though they were not adequately managing customer demands.

The service was excellent, but the food was disappointing. We ordered a special that was overpriced for what we received, and it made us feel unwell.

When I sit here, I'm eating with my man at lunch! I don't mind the food here. I was hungry and the website says open at 5:30 am. I go there and it was not open. I called they said that they were closed and never told me a time that they actually opened. I guess whenever they feel like it.
