The Beer Growler - Winston Salem

They have an excellent variety of beers, ciders, sodas, and even some unique blends. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their offerings. You can sample for free before making a purchase. They offer affordable flights, half-pints, as well as 32 and 64-ounce growlers. Plus, they have some cool merchandise like pint and tulip glasses, shirts, and more. It's a family-friendly environment, so kids are always welcome, and you won't feel out of place bringing your little ones. Overall, it's a fantastic place!

I was initially hesitant because I'm not a fan of beer, but they offer ciders and sodas as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place! You can even bring your own food.

Love this addition to Winston-Salem and the Sherwood Forest area! Daniel and Melissa are fantastic proprietors, very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The store itself has a cozy, relaxed atmosphere with a massive eye-catching copper drip tray under the taps and an awesome owl mural painted by Melissa. The owl is reminiscent of the mechanical owl Bubo in the old 1981 Clash of the Titans movie! I also hear that some awesome steampunk-themed decor is in the works... I can't say enough good things about their beer and cider selection. The options are color-coded so you know at a glance whether you are looking at an IPA, amber ale, stout, etc. Nearly 50 taps of delicious beer, with a mixture of local NC breweries and tasty offerings from around the country. Stop by today and ask them for a taste of what's good!

One of my favorite places in Winston.. 48 taps means you'll always have something yummy to choose from. Owners and staff are awesome and have answers to all your questions. Plus they do a great job of events.. Only wish there were outdoor seating.

Highly recommend the Beer Growler. Tons of beer on tap and you can pick some and take it home with you! Brilliant.
