Bojangles - Winston-Salem

On Tuesday by car thru for lunch. The service was quick and friendly. The food was served warm, the Pepsi well didn't work so I had tea. The exterior was clean overall, but dated.

My cookie was at least hot and not hard. Driving through the service was okay, except the language of the staff who can be heard by the thru loudspeaker drive. In view of some of the other BJs, this was an improvement.

Good food they were just short staff!!! I waited a long time.

Very slow... maybe if they don't hang with your friends in the lobby or run around with phones there

Gut bombs. We arrived in town later in the evening during a road trip and Bojangles was open and near our hotel. We 're from the North and saw them all over in the Carolina 's so we thought we 'd give it a try. Biscuits A+. Sides of Mac and Cheese and coleslaw B and 8 piece chicken &D. It was warm but probably been in the warmer or something too long. Very very greasy without much flavor. So greasy I couldn 't open the packets of honey. Like squeezing a wet bar of soap. Just one bad or experience or that 's their version of fried chicken. I 'd be open to trying it again but unlikely given all the fast casual alternatives.
