Waffle House - Winston-Salem

The food was good, but the service was terrible. one of the managers. I think one of the ladies and the white hemd black lady treated with short hair loss, and as badly treat us as nothing. we are ready to eat our food and then took up my teller and began to wipe out the tables for the next family.

Great service at this place. had a great experience. the location will not accept calls for pickup orders. I would recommend accepting the call in order. it is much more convenient to place an online or call in order. They wait for them when they are there.

The service was really good. it seemed to be only two people who maintained the place, but both seemed to know what they did and had great attitudes. food: 4/5

I would not suggest the one up on Peter's creek parkway Winston-Salem. Service was not good at all. Took forever to come and get me my husband order, because she was talking to much to a customer about another employee there and saying negative things about that employee. She was very rude disrespectful.Food: 2/5
