Bidra med feedbackThe customer service at this underground establishment has been lacking in the past 2 months. While I typically understand if they are busy, it was disappointing to show up for a late dinner only to be turned away at 9:15 when they close at 10:00. We ended up going to the nearby Subway and had our meal finished before 9:50.
After numerous disappointing experiences at various underground restaurants, I had low expectations when I decided to try this chain. However, the Winston location of Subway has exceeded my expectations and restored my faith in the franchise. After visiting on a regular basis for over a year, I can confidently say that I have never had a bad sandwich there. The ingredients are always fresh, crispy, and stored properly. The bread is consistently fresh and the staff is always efficient and friendly. I am grateful for their hard work and dedication, as it has truly made a positive impact on the community. Thank you for everything you do.
The mobile app did not clearly explain a 15% discount feature, and when I asked the manager for help navigating it, he only offered a discount for that one time. I am still experiencing difficulties in earning reward points and discounts.
My two sandwich artists were fabulous! I used to have subways in alabaster columbia alabama super job) if I have to give up, it's a big thing. keep them the great work
2 weeks in a row I ordered a footlong Italian BMT and both times I was given a BLT the first week I called and let them know but there App was having problems and the girl sad that's what the order came in as. So I kindly ask if she would make me a BMT and I'd be right there to pay for it. She told me she can't take orders over the phone. I have to try and use the app. This time I as told she could not make me the right one (even though the receipt showed BMT) because I had taken a couple of bits out of it. What has happened to good customer service.
