Culver's - Winter Garden

Definitely an amazing place to ensure you will receive quality fast food and great customer service. Try not to get to scared of the prices, hopefully they'll adjust that a little bit so I can frequent here with the family more often.

Only one problem is always prepared for orders at 35 minutes before closing time. Only 3 cars in the line and that was it. My order was made incorrect Bacon Deluxe: Double-No Cheese No Dressing/Sauce Lettuce,Pickles,Bacon Only and Extra Speck on the page. Burger was wrong. They tried to fix it, even allowed me to keep the first meal, but still ended wrong. I was once a BOH I complained about the customer, but now when I spend my money you can do is respectfully make it right that you go to close and go home no matter what just a few minutes more you do your job right. It just happened everywhere at this point, it served me well every time.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Food came out quickly, hot, fresh, and delicious! The store was well kept and clean, always enjoy eating here.

First and foremost, the staff is always friendly. We've visited several locations and are consistently impressed, and this one is no exception. The staff here is helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The pretzel bites are excellent, and both the burgers and chicken are quite good as well. The crinkle-cut fries are definitely the preferred choice. They also offer a different custard flavor each day, along with pints of previous flavors from the day before. I highly recommend a visit!

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, onion rings, fries, and a cheeseburger. The fries and cheeseburger were fantastic, but the chicken sandwich I received wasn't spicy at all and was a bit lukewarm. The onion rings were cold and lacked flavor, probably because of that. Moving forward, I think I'll just stick to the burgers and crinkle-cut fries!
