I have been to this store a few times and each time I had a great experience. On my last visit Veronica was helpful in every way possible, very friendly and super knowledgeable. If you need to go to a metro store this is by far the most helpful one I’ve been too in the 10 or so years I’ve had metro.
Brenda was not pushy but made it her goal to see that I left with the phone I wanted and even threw in another free phone for my son. Her demeanor was awesome and just made getting my new phone such a pleasure. Thank you for the great service brenda!

Branda was very pleasant to work with. She took her time to explain everything to us made porting our numbers over easy. Great customer service, I will continue to do my business here would recommend this place to anyone.
