Bidra med feedbackThe food was excellent, just like always. This time, the service was fantastic as well. I finally ordered the McRib with no sauce. In the past, my order that was supposed to have just onions ended up with a lot of sauce. This time, I went for no onions and no sauce, and I received exactly what I wanted—no sauce at all. The coffee drink was also very good; I could really taste the espresso shot, which I hadn’t noticed in my last few visits. Just one more thing—both of my cokes and my coffee came without straws.
As always, the sandwiches and coffee were fantastic. However, the small details could use some improvement. We ordered two sandwiches, two drinks, and two orders of eggs, but we only received one fork and knife. It seems like sharing can be taken a bit too far.
As always, the food was good, but the service left much to be desired. We ordered a twenty-piece McNuggets for two people, and typically, with a ten-piece order, you receive two sauce packets. However, with the twenty-piece order, we only got two packets, which means we had one for each ten-piece serving. Additionally, I requested lemon for my Diet Coke but didn’t receive any. This has happened at least four or five times now. I realize these are minor complaints, but they significantly affect the enjoyment of the meal. I kindly ask that you enhance the attention given to order preparation or the oversight of the service process.
A entire hour before driver even was able to get order. i give zero stars. food was very cold. drinks were watered down
Review of Order 399: I ordered a quarter meal with just mayo and cheese. I was expecting everything to be correct, but it seems like they might be cutting corners in their business. It feels like they’re skimping on quality, especially when you consider that each order costs an extra 60 cents. Disappointing experience, McDonald's.
