Tijuana Flats - Winter Garden

I had a terrible dining experience, even though the staff were lovely. The chicken had no flavor at all. I couldn't even finish my chipotle chicken burrito because it was so tasteless. I thought I might try to eat the chips since I was still hungry, but they were stale. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I felt compelled to write this review because when we politely asked for a drink that was right in front of us, the employee ignored us and continued to shout at his coworkers. My senior friend asked for assistance, but all we received was a dismissive "excuse me?” When we left, we had to pass by two employees who didn’t even bother to acknowledge us; they were too engrossed in their conversation to look up. It's clear why this restaurant has been struggling—next time, we’ll choose Chipotle instead.

I would advise against ordering delivery from this restaurant, as they consistently get it wrong. I called to inform them about the issue, and the night manager was quite rude, loud, and seemed to take pleasure in discussing the situation. They promised to refund the missing items, but that never happened. This place has definitely declined in quality. It's hard to imagine that they can’t manage to put four items in a bag—trained seals could likely do a better job.

I had lunch last night. We share? nachos and ordered some chips and Queso. The party of two who ordered us got their chips as they sit down. We waited about 10 minutes, then my wife rose up and asked the staff. They said they forgot that we ordered chips. So unnecessary to say, our chips were released at the same time as the nachos. The nachos were terrible. There was so little beef on them, but they were crushed in cheese and salad. When we asked for a refill, paid for big drinks, the server brought the cup back and he wasn't even full. Obvious this memory is cutting corners as they can. To round it off, the toilets were disgusting!!! The men?s room appeared that the toilet had?t seen a toilet brush in a month! The women's toilet was repulsive. Something? had used the toilet and not even the trouble to rinse it. Who does that? Disgusting! It is obvious that the staff do not disturb to check the condition of the toilets. Only a side note, there were literally six guests in the restaurant at the time of our visit, and two pockets on the online order rack. They were NOT busy.

I was extremely shocked how dog friendly/dog service they truly are. Without asking they offered my Pup a water bowl. The general manager I believe his name was Sam was so excellent helping me and my friend feel so welcome and comfortable. The service was so extremely excellent! The food came out so fresh! Thank you for amazing time!
