Cafe 92 - Winter Haven

As we were settling our bill, we inquired about the mashed potatoes that were missing from our order. The server provided a half-hearted apology that felt insincere and was only given after we brought it up. She didn’t take any meaningful steps to address our disappointing experience. After paying the full amount, I let her and the cook, who was watching us with an apologetic look from the kitchen, know that we wouldn't be returning to their restaurant.

I had an incredible experience! The all-you-can-eat fish on Fridays, which comes with two sides, is absolutely amazing. Just a reminder, they close at 6:30 PM on Fridays and at 3 PM from Monday to Thursday, and they are closed on Sundays. The rest of the menu also looks fantastic, and the staff is super friendly. I will definitely be returning!

The Puerto Rican dishes and the Cuban sandwich are outstanding!
