Chick-fil-a - Winter Haven

This store is horrible! Took them forever to make my food AND theres NO chicken in my chicken sandwich. How is that a chicken sanwich then? And the chicken strips were cold fries were soggy omg overall the worst

Buying a car nearby and like everyone knows his whole day affair. I had to take a break for lunch. Ordered my usual market salad with light Italian dressing. The ingredients were fresh and the chicken perfectly cooked. Service was fast, polite and friendly. Prices appropriate. Tonnes of seating.

Very very! Disappointed with my visit today. I asked for a pop cup for my dog which it's just whipped cream in a cup. And it was denied to me. I spoke with Tina a manager and she reaffirmed it. Not helpful at all, and I want to let you guys know that you are the firt restaurant in the entire USA ?? that doest not give pop cups. I work for the industry and I would never disappoint a customer like this. Shame on you. Hope someone fix this soon or never come back again. And I call the phone on my receipt on no answer

I really love Chick-fil-A however my experience with the Winter Haven store has been really horrible lately. I am constantly having to come back to the store after going through the drive through and waiting for extensive periods of time. Then going in the store the manager Tina assisted me her attitude was extremely rude not only did she not greet nor apologize but she walked away from the counter and said started saying negative things about another employee who was having a hard time packing drive through orders! Definitely a disappointment ?

Everything you would expect from a chick-fil-A. Despite being super busy, our order was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The food was fresh. The order was correct (something that rarely happens at any other fast food restaurant when I am ordering for the whole family). Staff was pleasant.
