Bidra med feedbackHubby and I visited this bar and barbecue a few times. The food is delicious. Margaritas as well.ok.
Great place to stop in and grab a bite. The service is good too. Late afternoon just did a Supreme nachos which was delicious. My Margarita tasted more like Margarita mix than Margarita... but all in all I had a really good experience and the food was great.
We decided to eat here and WOW SO GOOD! There was a rude customer leaving the place as we walked in which set my mood off. The food was so yummy, my mood quickly changed back!! Good place for great flavor, not just a slapped together taco joint. Yummy yummy yummy. Service was top notch as well. Friendly and quickly responsive to our wants.
At how tasty the food was. We have had a difficult time trying to find great Mexican food in florida but we were pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food was. Homemade tortillas are always the best. The regular salsa that comes out is very mild but if you want something hotter, just ask your server and they will bring a bowl of hot sauce. I got chicken fajitas which came out blistering hot (yes! And my husband got the San Diego plate which was a mixture of 3 different meats. We will definitely be back. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars (personal reasons was the chips were cold and extremely hard. The beans and fajitas didn't have much flavor. Once I added salt and hot sauce it was great!
After driving past this restaurant for many years, we decided to try it. My basic tests of a good Mexican restaurant begin with the quality of the chips and salsa. The chips are on the thicker side but they are pretty good. The salsa isn?t very chunky at all and has a really nice flavor with just the slightest spice to it making it safe for those that don?t like spicy. We ordered ChoriQueso $8.24) as an appetizer which is chorizo with cheese melted in a small frying pan served with hot tortillas 3). Our server mistakenly brought us a bowl of Queso Dip that we got to taste too. It?s a very mild white queso. We ordered a 3 cheese enchilada dinner $13.49) with rice and refried beans the red sauce was mild and had a flavor that I hadn?t tasted before. Not bad but not my favorite. We also ordered a Enchilada Verde dinner $12.49)with 3 enchiladas we picked one beef, one chicken and one cheese) served with rice and refried beans. The verde green) sauce was pretty tasty. Also the rice and beans were tasty and prepared well. The restaurant is not large and has a bar and outdoor patio seating. Our server was nice.
