Wendy's - Winter Haven

I ordered two hot coffees but instead received an iced coffee. My croissant sandwich was cold and the roll was stale. Oatmeal bar was hard and not edible. Never ordering breakfast from Wendys again!

I really like those Wendys. My order is always correct. The food is fresh and people are nice.

Very friendly staff today. To be honest, eating looked like it was from the commercials. also pretty good. was not so good.

They're breakfast is always spot on, I really like Wendy's breakfast. This particular location seems to be on point when I get breakfast from They're. They also get my order right, I believe I've only experienced an incorrect order on 1 occasion. The butter biscuits were a little lacking/not up to par on this visit compared to previous ones. All in all a good Wendy's location.

Worst experience at a Fast Food establishment. The staff was making a pitiful attempt at food prep safety, wearing only one glove and proceeding to touch their up gloves hand. The manager was without gloves and when asked for the general managers contact we were rudely responded with a ?I cannot give out his personal cell?. It took 8 minutes for us to have our order taken when there was no line in front of us and when we were handed our order the employee ran off to take another order leaving us with only half our order until we were able to flag him down again and let him know what we were missing (fries and two drinks). It was just a bad and unsettling experience, especially with Covid safety and hygiene being key during these trying times. Visit at your own RISK.
