Mcdonald's - Winter Park

Friendly staff and service. Workers wear a mask and gloves to ensure Covid security. would get a 5 star, but the food is not always hot and fresh. like a 75% fresh 25% not fresh

I just got back from McDonald?s a few min ago I am so disgusted... the man really handed me an ice cream that was over flowing and I didn?t notice till a few seconds after I pulled off .. I usually wouldn?t complain about something so small but it was really bad it ruined my whole night. The ice cream and syrup got all over my hands and in my car and they gave me two napkins ... luckily I had a cup of water and towel in my car to somehow clean my hands quickly .. I?m pretty sure the guy who handed it to me knew what he was doing.. the pictures don?t even do it justice. Obviously it?s ice cream so a little leaking is acceptable but this was just disgusting rude..didn?t even get to eat it

Have come here a handful of times since it is the closest to my house, the food is always old. They give a small amount of fries for the large order less than a medium fry. Food is barely warm and they are not the friendliest ppl either. For the price we pay for the food when they pay pennies for the product I at least would think that the food would be up to par as other McDonalds. I ASK FOR MY FOOD TO BE COOKED TO ORDER AND NEVER GET IT FRESH EITHER.

No stars. They don?t even deserve this one. The service is the worst I have ever experienced. They don?t know how to run a drive thru. They make everyone park so their window times are quick, but you will have to wait 10 minutes before they will bring you your food, if they haven?t given it to another car and you have to call and then have to remake while you wait again. The owner of this restaurant needs to seriously clean house
