Steak 'n Shake - Winter Park

This Steak n Shake is pretty nice for a fast food restaurant. They have a drive through if you are in a hurry. If not, they have seating inside with table service. It's might not be a napkin in your lap type of place, but the staff is friendly and they try to take care of you. Our waitress even gave us drinks to go.

Good food at a great price. Service was ok the food came out cold but the server took care of it promptly. Other than that we had an a good lunch. I had the royal burger with a egg on it and a strawberry banana shake..

We stopped in for lunch today, it was gloomy and rainy out so not the best conditions for a nice Sunday but we figured a quick meal would brighten the mood. We had no idea how right we were. Upon arrival we were seated right away, the staff was very polite and friendly. Every server on shift complimented our little girls and we were so appreciative of that. In addition Our food was prompt and hot from the kitchen, our server Karesse was very attentive, cleared our plates as we ate, kept our drinks full and checked on us throughout the meal. We were even greeted by the manager as we were leaving. The staff all collectively said goodbye to us an wished us a happy Sunday. This was the best experience at a Steak we have ever had. We live 20 minutes from here and have a Steak and shake 5 minutes from our house, I would drive out of my way to give this location my business. Thank you all soo much! You are doing a great job!

This Steak n Shake location is really great ! Very friendly, and super fast service. The food was amazing, right off the grill, and out of the fryer fresh, and plenty of it. We'll be going here again for sure !

Staff is very pleasant considering they deal with tons of angry Uber eats drivers that are rushing them. I placed a in store order an waited. I was amused by the not so angry beaver in the claw machine game.
