Starbucks - Winter Springs

I really like this place, but it can get quite busy. Sometimes, it takes over 10 minutes to get my coffee. On some days, they have someone outside taking orders, which speeds things up, but most of the time, you have to wait in line, and it can take a while. However, the coffee always tastes great, and it’s consistently good no matter who makes it. The customer service is always on point, and everyone is friendly and polite.

I've been visiting this place for over 20 years, and I've had both good and bad experiences. However, my BEST experiences have been with Julia, the barista who will be on duty tomorrow. She knows every regular's name and genuinely takes the time to stop what she's doing to wave at them while making eye contact and flashing a big smile, as if they're her favorite customer. I've never encountered a Starbucks employee or anyone in customer service who can manage to do even two of those things at the same time. It's bittersweet that today is my last morning here, and I'll really miss having that positive and uplifting experience to start my day.

I want to give a shoutout to Jamal and Kevin, the employees at this location. They always remember my complicated green tea order and are incredibly friendly, making it easy to talk to them. The customer service here is exceptional. Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable!

Always a great experience and a beautiful customer service! workers are always super friendly at the window and very positiw. I also often order orders from this location and they are always perfect and freshly packed! best died in my face when they ask me!

I almost always use the drive thru and they're usually pretty good about getting the order right. They're always friendly and polite. There have been a few times when they haven't gotten the order right but those have been few. I like to use the app it makes it so much easier and quicker. Unfortunately there's usually a pretty long line but I understand there's not much they can do about that.
