Little Caesars Pizza - Winterville

Wings sit and they resale... Customer service is terrible

Ordered 8 pizzas and had them ready with 0 complaints. They were polite and quick to respond.

One in Winterville, at drive thru ordered 2 pizzas came to $14.53 gave them a $20 bill they told me to pull around and wait 20 mins. I asked for my change back $5.47 they told me they had no change. I said well make it three pizzas then they wanted to charge me for the 3rd one I said no that was unacceptable to give me my money back. Took over 10 mins to get a refund. Terrible

Stood in line for about 10 minutes with just 1 person in front of me, after he was taken care of the cashier left. Finally someone else came up and I wanted an item advertised as a Hot and Now item and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Not sure what it is,but Little Caesars seems to be on a downward slide.

Pizza always good but not that fast with service better not be in a hurry and from the outside looks like it needs to be a little cleaner
