Taco Bell - Winterville

So much on the menu and felt very hurried by one in Greenville near PCC College

Pay only with CASH. A worker didn't give me my debit card and I only knew it the next morning. I checked my bank account and she tried to connect my card to her cash app.

They usually work well here. They don't have the midnight berry yet unlike the other taco bells, but they are still usually quality food. They still don't give the chili cheese burrito, but their customer service is good.

Overall food is always hot. Thw GM is always helpful and smiling. Need to qork on some of the workers attentiveness. Takes to long to approach me for my order. This visit, a worker made my dragonfruit freeze incorrect. Its suppose to look pictured but instead only a squirt of syrup on bottom and the rest white ice... it needs to ve made drizzled throughout the cup.

Horrible experience. Got home, Mexican pizza was completely smashed. Didn?t receive 3 burritos that I ordered separately. I call the manager to let him know what happened and he tells me to bring back entire order, come inside to replace. Didn?t apologize. I am because I live 15 mins from there. Overall experience was horrible.
