Kfc Wisbech Retail Park

Ordered a meal to be delivered, it arrived quickly but cold...there were no more that 12 chips! Which I had to microwave along with the chicken..I don't blame deliveroo They can only deliver what they are give..to be fair the meal was sub standard and cold..shall not use KFC again ..rubbish

Congratulations KFC wisbech. What an absolute delight it was coming to you tonight. Our friends have specific dietary requirements and you were happy to oblige unlike the useless lot at kings lynn, possibly the worst KFC in the uk. Jasmine at wisbech was absolutely lovely happy, helpful and extremely friendly a joy to talk too and this girl could teach kings lynn a lot about customer service, attitude and friendliness. Thank you jasmine. All in all a complete joy thank you Rizzo a great experience

Not good service lacking always doing drive through and forget about people actually in building at counter chicken was horrid over cooked near black flat like it had been dipped in paint flake and chicken not cooked again 2 people serving 1 person attitude of staff behind cooking was dismal and who cares no wonder it's not full ... it should be full of people all the time, but hey ho kfc don't care, so why should people pay good money for disgusting food ..won't be going there again . I do not recommend eating anything from this kfc young lads more concerned about impressing there friends that were eating in so took ages to get served ..

This place was filthy. None of the tables had been cleaned, the floor was covered in dirt, there was no toilet paper in the holder, and I didn't really want to touch anything in there. The food was nice, the lady who served us was polite and friendly but there was no reason why the place couldn't have been wiped down. I bet if you went across to McDonald's, they would have been busy instead of quiet like KFC.

Always really slow. Delivery orders seem to take priority over in store ordered or drive through. Staff not Overly Bothered and have been seen trying to serve food that has fallen on the floor.
