99 Pub Mishawum Rd. - Woburn

Our server, Anthony, was excellent. We've had him serve us before, and he’s consistently outstanding—very friendly and efficient. The host who greeted us was also extremely welcoming. The food was good overall, but the fries didn’t taste very fresh. However, I was really impressed by the kitchen’s efficiency.

I really enjoy the 99s; they offer above-average quality food and drinks at a great price.

The food took a while to arrive, and while we were waiting, two female servers got into a heated argument about who would take a newly seated table, even though it was still 20 minutes until closing. I understand that no one likes to take a last-minute table, but arguing loudly in the middle of the dining room isn’t the best way to handle it. When our food finally came, my order was wrong. It was something I dislike, so I couldn't just keep it. The server was understanding and said he would fix it quickly, estimating about 5 minutes for the new order. Meanwhile, my entire family finished their meals, and I was still waiting. The lights went off at 8:58, which seemed like a sign for last call, but still no food for me. Thankfully, they turned the lights back on a minute later, but by then, I was exhausted and ready to leave. I decided to ask if we could just cancel my order and get the check. By the time the server managed to do that, my correct order was finally up. Since it was seafood, taking it to go wasn't ideal, and we hadn’t even made it to our hotel room to see if there was a microwave (not to mention the smell). I didn't want to deal with the already cranky servers or be the reason our server had to stay later when I could see he was working really hard. Overall, our server was attentive despite his mistake, but the food was just mediocre at best (I sampled everyone else's plates while waiting). Ultimately, it was a disappointing experience all around.

We met a family member today for lunch at this location. The host took notice that my Mom was using a walker and offered a closer table. I was very impressed with his observation and concern. Our server Peter was great. The food was great and Charles the other server made it a point to interact with us and have a few laughs with us. Great job everyone. .

Food was good. Customer service was exceptional. Very friendly bartender. Lots of TV?s to watch games. Popcorn served as soon as you sit down. Over all a nice spot.
