Panera Bread - Woburn

This Panera location didn’t leave much to be desired. I found one of the employees to be a bit overzealous and a tad excessive in her behavior, perhaps reveling in her moment of authority. On a brighter note, the gentleman at the beverage stand was absolutely delightful and took great pride in showcasing the lemonades on display, as if he had created them himself. Speaking of new creations, the new chicken sandwich is not exactly worth its hefty price tag. My wife appreciated her teriyaki chicken dish, while my daughter enjoyed her mac and cheese and grilled cheese sandwich. However, I must note that I've never encountered a single pat of butter at Panera, which is surprising considering all the bread they serve. I suppose I just never thought to ask for it.

Milton, the general manager, is an amazing person. My mother and I are visiting from out of town, and he went above and beyond to be kind to us. He made a point to check on us, and my mom even gave him a hug before we left. What a great guy! This is the best Panera I’ve ever been to.

I really enjoy visiting this Panera! The manager consistently verifies every order to ensure everything is correct. Plus, they notify you when your order is ready. It’s a fantastic place!
