Nando's Woking

My husband and I recently left Nando's after being ignored by the staff while waiting for a table. Even though there were plenty of free tables available, a staff member rudely told us we had to wait to be seated. This was our first interaction with anyone in the restaurant, and it was a disappointing one. The lack of courtesy and disrespect shown by the staff was disgraceful and not reflective of the Nando's brand. The Woking branch needs to improve their customer service and learn to treat their clients with respect.

Great family meal at Nandos Woking. Wheelchair access was easy and straightforward. The staff ensured we had a table that was easy to get to Spoke to the manager about allergies and he ensured that everything ordered was gluten free. My reaction is violent, but I was fine. Very polite waiter. It’s a shame that they have stopped selling their amazing spicy chicken livers and their mango fruit drink, but the manager said that the latter might come back after Christmas. Recommended.

Wiki and Ben took excellent care of us, providing helpful recommendations on menu choices and handling any allergies. They were attentive, polite, and friendly throughout our entire dining experience. The restaurant was clean and beautifully designed, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen staff worked quickly and prepared the most delicious chicken dishes we've ever had, all cooked perfectly to our specifications. We highly recommend this restaurant and are grateful to the entire Nando's Woking team for their exceptional service.

Shocking welcome. We walked in 8 mins early and the rude staff turned us away. We requested to wait patiently in the restaurant and he said he couldn’t let us in. We walked out and he locked the door behind us. Just rude and unwelcoming.

I feel like you can’t go wrong with a good ol’ Nandos! The food is always quickly served so you’re not waiting long when you’re hungry, and it always tastes good.
