Elchami - Wollongong

Dining at Elchami is a fantastic experience with truly authentic Syrian cuisine. The food is always fresh. We enjoyed dinner there again tonight and felt fortunate to have such a wonderful place easily accessible to us in Wollongong. It's definitely a must-try!

I just had the lamb kabseh, and it was absolutely delicious! The lamb was tender, and the spices in the rice were fantastic. Yum!

Excellent and real service of the family that runs the business. eating is hearty and authentic Syrian East Mediterranean, especially the cooked main thing. recommend the destination for something else while in the gong!

This restaurant offers fast and affordable authentic Middle Eastern food at its best. I’ve been traveling to Wollong for over a year, visiting twice a week, and every time I can’t wait to enjoy their shawarma. I highly recommend you try this place—you won't regret it. Just a warning: the shawarma here is so good that you might find it harder to resist than cigarettes! You've been warned!
