Bidra med feedbackLove this place been going to tropical for 8 years now. Just really wish you guys would start sending out the paper coupons or give them out again. The prices have went up extremely high, and with the rewards program you have to spend hundreds just to get a free smoothie. Just wish you guys would do something about this for customers.
Employees are always overly friendly, and their food and smoothies are incredible.
Apparently no one works here because I've called five times trying to correct a problem on my online order.
Anytime I visit this location, they're always friendly.
Long wait ordering through the app. Food was cross contaminated. Knife wasn’t washed off and service was just bad. Never again.
