That's Italian - Woodbridge

To start, we shared a Caesar Salad which was served with tongs for easy sharing. The salad had the perfect amount of dressing, unlike a previous experience at another restaurant. My dining companion chose the Chicken Parmigiana which consisted of three thin chicken cutlets with a tangy tomato sauce. While the sauce was delicious, they felt that the chicken was too thin with some bites being more breading than chicken. I opted for the Quattro Stagione which was recommended by our server. The pizza had a variety of tasty toppings including prosciutto, mushrooms, and artichokes. However, I felt that it lacked cheese and the crust was too dry and crispy for my preference. Overall, the service was excellent and it was clear that the staff worked well as a team to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

The staff at this restaurant are experts at making authentic Calabrese-style pizza. You must try it, you won't be disappointed. Fun fact: one of the owners has 40 years of experience working at Regina's in Little Italy.

We tried an appetizer of mussels in a red and white wine sauce. The mussels were delicious - perfectly cooked, flavorful, and there was plenty of them with no empty shells. We were impressed with the portion size. For our main dishes, we ordered fettuccine Alfredo and rigatoni with grilled chicken and zucchini. The Alfredo could have used more sauce and a stronger cheese flavor, as it was a bit bland. The sauce had the right texture but the pasta was a little dry. I would rate the dish a 3.5 out of 5. The rigatoni with chicken and zucchini was tasty with a nice smoky flavor. The pasta was cooked well and had a good amount of sauce. We enjoyed it and would return. Next time, we'll dine at the restaurant and try the seafood pasta.

I didn't dislike the restaurant, but I don't have any plans to go back. The food was average, the service was good, but I prefer delicious food, not just average.
