Bidra med feedbackI was very excited when Lifted Taco opened as good tacos are hard to find in Seattle, let alone on the Eastside. The ambiance is casual. Ordering is fast casual (walk up to the counter to order and have food delivered to your table .The food! These tacos are larger than your average street taco , about 6-8 inches across, served open-faced. The variety and ingenuity of flavors on the menu is unmatched. You can go with traditionals like The Ribeye (one of my favorites or venture out to other meats/fish such as pork belly, chicken, brisket or a variety of fishes (mahi, shrimp, etc. and all are complimented with unique flavors that make their core ingredient pop on the palette. For the vegetarians, it gets even better! The Southwest Falafel and Kentucky Fried Cauliflower are two of my wife 's favorites (she is lacto-ovo vegetarian . I love the falafel myself (delicious !For us, the real treat is the quest dip. A blend of cheeses, this is the perfect compliment to their in-house made tortilla chips. I could drink this stuff. I usually get just the regular quest due to my partner who is veggie (we share! , but you can plus it up and make it loaded queso with beef or chicken and it 's equally as delicious. They used to have a brisket queso option, but that seems to have gone away.Top it all off with craft, in-house-made draft margaritas (and local beers, etc. and I am never left hungry.2-3 tacos for me, some queso and a margarita, and I am a happy camper. Love having Lifted Taco in my backyard and need to be eating here more than I currently do. If you rein the Woodinville area (or anywhere on the Eastside you should definitely give Lifted Taco a try. Your taste buds will thank you!
I wanted to love this especially because I love tacos but unfortunately there was nothing noteworthy about the experience. The tacos were ok but expensive for what you got. The rib eye taco was very fatty, the brisket was ok but not special, the tuna was solid, the pork belly wasn't great, (note the tacos that come with cabbage come with a crazy amount of it) the cowboy caviar was pretty good, the queso was ok, I forget the names of the other tacos but will update later. The staff seemed disinterested in being there on our visit. Overall the experience left something to be desired.I forgot to take pics while I was there but the tacos did look goodParking: Parking around this complex can be a problem around dinner time
My husband and I ordered the ribeye and wine drink tacos and they were amazing! Some of the best tacos we have had in a long time. Atmosphere and customer service was excellent as well.
Delish! I 'd call their menu fusion tacos . All the various types my table ordered were good and a few were great. Lots of options for vegetarians and vegans. Absolutely going
Tacos are expensive and portions are small, anyone who has ever been to Texas and tried Torchy’s or Fuego knows better. They forgot to put flavor in the medium red salsa and the breakfast tacos came out with the shredded cheese from the grocery store bag drizzled on top not even melted haha. People are nice and the vibes are good though!
