Mercurys Coffee Co. - Woodinville

I really enjoy Mercury's, but it seems like the place is either nearly empty or completely packed, and the service is always extremely slow. I can't get enough of their white chocolate mochas, so I’ll continue to visit—just not when I’m in a rush.

Every time I order from Chloe, the barista, I receive excellent service. He is friendly, efficient, and has a great can-do attitude. He definitely deserves a raise!

I used to love this place, but my feelings have changed. I was polite while ordering a simple drink from the menu, but the staff didn't reciprocate with friendliness. The coffee was disappointing, especially for the high price—I could barely taste the coffee itself, just milk and sugar. They've also stopped providing coffee beans, which is a shame.

Consistently great over all Mercury locations. The coffee is good, their pastries are very good, the reward program, is good, and the baristas are all friendly, efficient, friendly.

My favorite chain espresso in Washington. Always great service with drinks that dont feel so actively sugary that they're rotting your teeth.
