El Señorio Ii -peruvian Cuisine

The food is truly incredible! The aji wasn’t as spicy as I had anticipated. It’s quite thick and has a unique texture. While it isn't bad at all in terms of flavor, it wasn’t quite what I expected.

Everything was good, including the chicken soup, papa a la huancaina, and tallarin with fish. However, I ordered a side of huancaina sauce, and they didn’t give it to me or explain why. I've never received enough sauce with the potatoes appetizer at any Peruvian restaurant. In my opinion, their dish wasn't as good as some others I've had; the potatoes were dry, and the sauce lacked flavor and was insufficient. That said, it was still decent enough to eat. I would rate it 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Pernil al Horno was disappointing. Most of the meat was mostly fat, and the small portion of meat I did get was tough and difficult to chew. I essentially paid for rice and beans. I ended up throwing the rest away because it was inedible.
