En español sigue después. Be warned, El Patio is the worst!! The food is ok, service is ok. Managers are the worst with dealing issues. Their business tactics are sneaky in adding extra charges to your order. This is the third time that I ordered from El Patio and they do not provide good service to their customers. They blame us for everything, make excuses, and they do not want to take blame for their actions, nor return our money or give us credit for the next visit. So I implore you to check your receipts as the online ordering loves to charge you extra fees without your authorization, and be careful when you pay at the register as the tip percentage can be pressed accidentally for a higher tip when your hand rubs onto the screen pad. Please note that the managers don't care nor have no heart to make you want to come back. It's the other staff who have common sense and try to help but the manager intervenes and make it worse. E notado que El Patio no da un buen servicio a sus clientes, hechan la culpa a nosotros, y no quieren devolver nuestro dinero o darnos crédito para la siguiente visita. Great place for a fast lunch, breakfast or dinner. Customer service is excellent and food is always fresh and tasty. Vegetarian options: A couple of vegetarian burritos are offered.

Was a regular customer at this location for years, but placed an online order and was over charged for an item that was not even selected. Went to pick up food and order was made incorrectly and management refused to provide a refund (for something I did not order/select). Requested a refund or at least credit towards my next order, but management refused this. Management could only offer an additional item (that I did not want). $3.95 (plus tax) is all it takes for El Patio to lose a longtime customer.

We recently moved to Woodland and stopped here while waiting for a train that wasn’t moving at all. we got the California burrito which was amazing. We have since returned for breakfast burritos, both of which were great. The super burrito with carne asada is a lot of food!
