Mcdonald's - Woodlawn

The burgers that I had the other day were tasty and fresh, the service was fast and the staff was helpful and kind.

What happen to customer service these days..ask for two 2 cheeseburgers meals..get home no cheese on 4 burgers..i mean WTH?? Is it even worth going back...decided to leave a review...some people dont like working....just quit

Honestly the best Big Mac I've ever had. Believe it or not. McDonald's on security boulevard is the most consistent McDonald's I've ever been to. They are 11 for 11 so far. Best time to go is at 8pm. I can't speak or review for the other shifts for this is the only time I am able to go, THIS SHIFT IS ON POINT. Here are my go-to's. Bacon Big Mac extra cheese. Double Filet of Fish, extra tartar. Bacon Quarter Pounder Fries are always on point. Nuggets are hit or miss, but that seems to be every location nowadays, however they have never been bad from this location. Service is always quick, which is a must for my limited 30 minute lunch. I seldomly have many choices to choose from in Windsor Mill where I work that are this good and consistent. Seriously, keep up the good work y'all. I never thought I'd speak highly of a Macca's.

I never did receive my food and the service was terrible I definitely will not be going back there

The restaurant itself was clean and nice but the bathroom was really dirty. And as I walked in the restroom an employee walked out of the stall and just walked out without washing her hands! I wanted to say something but was in a hurry to use the restroom. I did look for her after I got out but did not see her. I just walked out since I was in a rush to get home in VA. She was dark skin with braids and had long fake lashes with lot of eye makeup. That was not cool!
