As usual, the service from the hostess and waitress was excellent. We arrived an hour and a half before graduation, and I mention this because some of the meat options weren't available. We had to request lamb and my favorite sausage. I would have liked to have ribs as well. I’m getting tired of having to ask for specific items. Still, overall it was a lovely experience, especially since it was my birthday.
This was my first time dining at this restaurant. I made a reservation to ensure I would have a table, and it wasn't too crowded when I arrived. The salad bar had a wide variety of options, which felt more like a grand charcuterie buffet—very enjoyable! After that, they serve freshly grilled meats, including chicken, pork, beef, lamb, and sausage. Everything was delicious, but be sure to come with a hearty appetite!
Pretty great! Much is to choose. Beautiful salad with so many options. Do they think they have the meat? No comparison. Fillet, ribs, flank steak, chicken, lamb and more. The price is the same for everyone!
SPECTACULAR!!! We were greeted warmly and promptly seated for our reservation. They were super busy, and I guess this is the norm, as many parties were celebrating milestones. Our server, Nicole, was PHENOMENAL! The ease and grace that exuded from her as she took care of her tables was amazing. She explained the concept and the salad bar first and took our drink orders. We sampled various lovely dishes from the salad bar. Goat cheese terrine, couscous salad, and prosciutto were some of the favorites. There was also a little hot bar too, we got scalloped potatoes, jasmine rice, beans, and port wine mushrooms, each as good as the last. Our wine arrived and a diet coke for my daughter, in a wine glass, special touch, and we were set on green, to enjoy the selection of fire roasted meats! We tried everything! Garlic Steak( had a different Brazilian name) and Parmesan chicken were table favorites, however we enjoyed it all. We enquired about lamb chops, and Nicole told us they were a la carte. $9 for a half rack and $18 for a full. We opted for the smaller portion. It was a treat for my son, his absolute favorite! We ended the meal with a complimentary chocolate mousse cake which had been personalized for my son's 12th bday. This was super unique! We also opted for a special citrus creme brulee, which was out of this world. Our experience was awesome, the food and atmosphere are enough to rember and return to this establishment. However, the service provided by Nicole was outrageously above a normal expectation for service, and that is the most significant part. She was professional yet personal, and kept in great communication with us throughout the meal. She continuously took our dirty plates away and refreshed them with new ones. Even when she was unable to get to us, as she was super busy, she would gain the assistance of a coworker who would deliver a fresh basket of bread or a soda refill. Of course we will remember our time at Texas de Brazil, and we can't wait to return to add more memories to this wonderful place. If management is reading this, I hope Nicole receives recognition for the outstanding work she is doing, it truly is remarkable!
