Mark(Marc) was incredible and (like two individuals with individual taste) helped us to make the most informed decision we could, while still focused on taste and preference. Not only that, but he even brought it to us when we waited out in the parking lot. I cannot stress enough how important customer service is in a specific case, while maintaining the quality of a product whether it is publicly advertised or not. I would definitely recommend Al's pizza, not only to friends from the city, but also to locals who may not know the establishment itself. My other half feels like finding a long lost lover in the balance of jalapeno and cheese, making her soul feel completely again.

I love them! Food and employees! My girlfriend was having a bad day. I asked them just to write I love you and hope you feel better on each box of pizza.. thinking it would just be a scribble! Nope that artist the heck out of it!!! Cartoon teddy bears and an amazing heart drawing with the words I love you! If I could give more stars I would! Also! Pizza puffs are the best!!!! And salads!

Had 16 Veggie pizza, Chopped salad And chocolate cake. Pizza had Great flavor Very tasty sauce Just a tiny bit on the sweet side. Chocolate cake out of this world. One thing you notice about the restaurant it's very clean.

I visited this restaurant for the first time about a week ago and ordered pasta. It was delicious—I absolutely loved it and was thrilled at the thought of returning. Unfortunately, they ended up closing just two days later.

I’ll give Al another chance. I wasn’t impressed for a while; I even messed up my orders, and the pizza just didn’t compare to the place in Cicero. I took a break for over a year, but one day I decided to give it another shot, especially since I wanted to avoid chain pizza for a more festive option. I’m glad I did because it was really good! I took advantage of their two-pizza deal on Monday night and was very satisfied. I still believe that the toppings should be on top; pepperoni definitely deserves to be on top and not underneath, but that’s just my opinion. I’ve been there twice now, and both times have been a great experience.
