Charleys Cheesesteaks - Woodstock

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The fries were undercooked and the meat was extremely tough, making it inedible. This was my first and last visit here.

The dining experience at this restaurant can be hit or miss. While they sometimes have good food, other times they receive extremely rude customer service. It's like flipping a coin to decide. I wouldn't recommend it based on the price.

I was not pleased with the service at this restaurant. Two of the female staff members were very disappointing. One of them was incredibly rude and demanding, while the other was unhygienic, touching her face and hair with gloves before going into the kitchen. This behavior is unacceptable.

Destiny definitely made my first experience at Charley’s great. Amazing customer service.

I love Destiny !! She is so sweet and has the best smile EVER! She makes my visit to Charley’s worthwhile ! The steaks are amazing as well !
