Dunkin' Donuts - Woodstock

Well, let?s just say I would have enjoyed my food but I got a lovely piece of hair wrapped in my breakfast wrap. This place is disgusting! Let?s not talk about my other wrap that I got. I?m pretty sure the Sausage, egg, and cheese are suppose to go into the inside of the wrap? Yeah.. nope. Save your money going somewhere else.

I went late at night a few nights ago to get a couple of donuts and some iced coffee from this location. It was so clean (something you rarely see in fast food nowadays), the donuts were fresh, and the coffee was excellent. What really stood out was the customer service that was given by the employee working, Courtney. She was the only employee working the front, and she was super polite and made sure my semi complicated coffee order was made perfect. In an industry where nightshift people like to pretend to be closed due to short staffing at most places, she truly stood out even though she was short staffed. Thank you dunkin for the wonderful late night snack and thank you Courtney for the service.

1 star for this location's managerial policy to refuse to fill a Matcha Latte to the top if ordering without ice, even when offering to pay more for extra. Just charge me the difference give me a full cup! Garbage service.

They tried to hand me the wrong drink at the window and when i didn't accept it, saying i had ordered a hot latte and not iced, one of the girls inside loudly insisted i hadn't asked for hot. as if i hadn't made my order less than 30 seconds ago and wouldn't remember the same order i always get. they found the right one immediately after that so clearly i did ask for hot and clearly they heard correctly at the speaker. the turnaround for this location seems high so i'll try again in a few weeks and see if more competent staff is present. ???????

They really handed me my drink like this today...I am so glad I thought to take a picture before trying it because at this point you can't make this stuff up with this location. When I asked the drive thru employee why it was 75% full she acted like it was the standard. I am dumbfounded really. I have visited 4 times this week and each time has been a disaster. At one point in a visit, the girl making the drinks came to the window after I requested a remake. She literally had the sticker off of the drink in her hand and still read it off to me incorrectly? I order the exact same drink every day and somehow it is always different colors, different consistency, flavor, etc. I give up on this place ????
