Went there on august 28th got two subs one rosemary bread and one wheat bread was put in wrong bag thank goodness was my nephew who returned the correct sub to us this is second time for a mistake we paid over 36.00 for two subs very disappointed and we live 20 miles from this place
The customer service was not good. They acted like we were being a pain for ordering.When we asked for grilled onions, the reply was That could take awhile. I don 't know about that. Probably not .The chicken bacon ranch sub was super salty.We had to clean our own table and chairs before we ate.The bathroom was clean, but out of soap.
Hello i love Jersey Mike’s subs and they have been my go-to for a very long time until I had the unpleasant experience that made me write this review. At first I walked into the restaurant to this lady that had her hands busy so she called for Max. This youngster had his headphones at the moment he was called so he seemed really confused, he just needed to ring us up for two drinks since we had ordered pick up. He continues to do so and at the moment that he is handing me my change he proceeds to dump it in my hand and then just walk away as all my change fell on the floor and everywhere , and nobody seemed to care. Such a shame. And my girlfriend still said thank you and they continued to ignore her and being unpleasant.
Food was too bad to be as expensive as it was. $36.00 for two 14 inch subs that weren't even mediocre. NEVER AGAIN!
