Mcdonald's - WOODVILLE

The coffee was awful, so I ended up tossing it. It's such a shame because McDonald's serves really good coffee! I dined in for breakfast, and the price per person was between $1 and $20.

I ordered a cheeseburger on December 23, 2022, and unfortunately, it was stale. Additionally, the staff were rude. I believe they need to improve their service. McDonald's products are no longer inexpensive, and I expect top-quality food for the money I've worked hard to earn.

No frappes?! Sad. Took the mocha frappe off the menu but then do mocha flavoured iced coffee. Doesn't make sense but then again that is not the teams fault. Some people here can be quite rude but there is always one gentlemen that goes above and beyond and is friendly. This might be the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. The place is poorly managed, and my food was cold. While waiting for my order, I witnessed two other customers complaining about theirs. With so many complaints, it's no surprise that my food took a long time to arrive. When it finally did, my burger was served upside down and stuck to the box. Additionally, the pickles were piled on top of each other instead of being spread out on the burger. I won't be returning, and I definitely do not recommend this McDonald's.

Manager extremely rude I waited over 20 minutes for my order witch I didn't receive as I was now late for work and had to leave with no breakfast or drink for the next 5 hours on shift..I will never visit this store again, plain rude with no compassion, hopeless service and bad manners Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–20
