Detour - Woolloongabba

Brilliant place with a great concept, it's awesome watching the chefs prepare all the food and bring it out. The food is some of the best I've had. Creative, colourful and evergreen. Everything compliments everything else. Thanks D., Luke and the other guy. I'll defiantly be back.

The food, wine and service here is second to none. Unfortunately it 's taking us a little longer to work through the whole menu because I just can 't resist ordering the emu tartare every single time we go. Which means instead of 2 or 3 new dishes each visit we have 'emu tartare ' and 1 or 2 new dishes. Last night it was the spanner crab and their cheese platter. Absolutely divine! We can 't wait to go back again.

Had dinner here last night with some friends and found everything to be absolutely outstanding! The food was fantastic, staff members were super friendly, and the overall restaurant feel was very warming. Was decently priced for a nice dinner out. Would highly recommend the pumpkin and chicken thanks for a great night guys! :

Pre Adele dinner and to say that the restaurant was busy is an understatement. Amazing food with great surrounds and prompt friendly service. With only one vegan in our party of four, the vegan options were so tempting that we chose to share a selection of all vegan dishes and they were delicious!

Celebrating our friends birthday great ambiance excellent service. Different food but just delicious highly recommend Detour.
